The selection called "I want to work!", initiated by Katia Martin-Maresco and Thomas & Tristan Incorvaia, gathers short films on the theme of disability and employment. Reports in companies plunge us into the daily reality of people with disabilities.
For the 2022 edition the LIP S'engage group becomes the official partner of this selection, moreover supported by Sophie Cluzel, Secretary of State to the Prime Minister in charge of disabled people and Cap Emploi Hérault.
The Lip group has the mission to view the selection "I want to work!". The founding president of the LIP group and president of the board of directors of the LIP S'engage endowment fund, Fabrice Faure, will give, at the end of the Festival, a prize to one of the short films. This distinction is also an opportunity to highlight the companies that will have promoted, produced or initiated the creation and production of the winning film.
It is in the vocation of the FIFH to work for the inclusion of people with disabilities in employment, particularly in the film industry (production, directing, distribution, etc.) Thus, with this selection, the FIFH also addresses film professionals, who are the most likely to act in this sense.
